Child Safety & CSAE Policy
TrackEB has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of children. We strictly prohibit the upload, sharing, or distribution of content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
Our Enforcement Actions
If we identify any content or user behavior that violates this policy, we take immediate action:
- 1. Immediate RemovalThe content is permanently removed from our platform immediately upon detection.
- 2. Account TerminationThe offending user account is banned permanently and device-blocked.
- 3. Reporting to NCMECWe report apparent instances of child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), including user IP and timestamps.
- 4. Law EnforcementWe cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of these crimes.
How to Report Violations
We encourage our community to report any suspicious content immediately. You can do this directly within the app or via our dedicated safety channel.

General Content Safety
Beyond CSAE, we prohibit harassment, hate speech, and illegal content. Our moderation team utilizes both automated tools and human review to maintain a safe environment.
